Taken a little time out to update the portfolio the last week. As the beginning of the year focus was very much on portraiture. Few full length mixed media images on the go. Working with ink and watercolour again. Lots of fun. More to come – keep checking in!

My second front cover. And first article feature in Wales. Lets hope this is the first of many.
Tracing my Welsh heritage though family influences, early painting and adventures – hours spent painting over the Bwlch, coastal walks through castle ruins, stepping stones over rivers. Wow, pure nostalgia. Thank you!!

Liquitex Artist Materials and Subism Collective invited 10 UK street and graffiti artists, illustrators and designers for an evening of live art at The Book Club London, the artwork from the night was then taken to the prestigious white walled rooms of the Saatchi Gallery. Obviously there was no doubt of my being involved. Here’s the final piece. GROUP PORTRAIT COMMISSION

My first attempt at a group Quick Portrait. I was requested to give this particular piece a very pink, and girlie feel. Using cherry blossom and textures worked well with the brown paper. A happy group of ladies, and I’m getting better at these :)
